By accessing or using any service provided by Axisline Intelligence (“Axisline,” “we,” “our”), including the wars.info website and the Axisline Terminal at axisline.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access or use our services.

Axisline provides quantitative geopolitical risk intelligence, including risk indices, daily intelligence briefs, event monitoring, and analytical assessments delivered through a proprietary web-based terminal and related publications.

Access to the Axisline Terminal and published intelligence products requires an active subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and scope are established through individual engagement with our team. Credentials are non-transferable and issued to named individuals within the subscribing organization.

Subscribers may use our intelligence products for internal business purposes within their organization. Redistribution, republication, or resale of Axisline content to third parties is prohibited without prior written consent.

Brief quotations with attribution are permitted in internal reports and presentations within the subscribing organization.

All content, methodologies, indices, analytical frameworks, and software provided by Axisline are proprietary and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for internal purposes only.

Axisline intelligence products are informational and analytical in nature. They do not constitute investment advice, insurance recommendations, trading signals, or operational directives. Recipients should exercise independent judgment and consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on our assessments.

Axisline provides intelligence on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any assessment. In no event shall Axisline be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on our content.

Our indices are constructed from multiple independent data sources using proprietary analytical methodologies. Source selection, weighting, and scoring parameters are subject to change as we refine our approach. Material methodology changes will be communicated to active subscribers.

Either party may terminate a subscription in accordance with the terms of the applicable engagement. Axisline reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, misuse of credentials, or unauthorized redistribution of content.

Axisline may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
